The SeaNet SCU V5 is the reliable, rugged, and easy-to-install successor to the SCU V4, designed to serve as a robust, centralized control unit for a full suite of Tritech sensors.

- Robust Design: Housed in a durable 19″ rack mount unit with floated shock mount sub-assemblies for maximum reliability in harsh environments.
- High-Speed Communication: Utilizes a 156 kBits/sec communication system over a single twisted pair, or via an RS232/Fibre-Optic interface using the Tritech MultiComm.
- Multi-Sensor Capability:
- Allows a full suite of Tritech sensors to be operated simultaneously.
- Each sensor runs in its own real-time onscreen window on the display.
- Monitor display can be varied to show single or multiple windows, reducing console space requirements and offering cost benefits.
- Operating System & Storage:
- A multi-tasking control unit running an embedded Microsoft Windows XP operating system.
- OS is installed on a solid-state Flash disk for reliability.
- Features a ‘LAN card’ for easy data storage and transfer access.
- Remote Access Terminal (RAT):
- Retains the popular, industry-favorite RAT feature from the SCU V4.
- Provides full control of the SCU V5 with an ergonomically designed, easy-to-use layout.
- Includes a built-in mini-joystick for accurate range and bearing measurements on sonar data.
